Taste of Turkey is an eatery style restaurant located on the busy food strip of Newtown, Enmore Road. Established in 2017, Taste of Turkey brings an Anatolian taste which has its roots dated all the way back in 1071.

Absolutely Loved It! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What a gem! This Türkiye's (not Turkish) restaurant totally blew us away. The vibe was super chill and welcoming — like walking into a friend’s home where the food just happens to be next-level amazing. Let’s talk about the food: wow. Everything was packed with flavour, fresh, and beautifully cooked. The kebabs were juicy, the mezes were addictive, and don’t even get me started on the baklava — pure heaven. You could tell they really care about what they’re serving. The staff were awesome — friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. They made great recommendations and were always around when we needed something but never overbearing. Recommended original Türkiye's dishes: Iskender Kebab Hunkar Begendi My family is already planning a next visit!

This place is such a gem, I would highly recommend the food here. I'm usually one to skip out on entree things but the meze was so wonderful, I'm definitely coming back

Delicious food with lovely service and helpful staff- great with dietary requirements. Halal and have plenty of gluten free options- their gluten free bread is yum. Recommend getting the Içli Köfte

I came to try the lahmacun, and it was honestly the best one I’ve had in Sydney. Their sucuk pide and trileçe were also incredibly fresh. You should definitely give it a try.

Delicious food. A bit noisy due to street traffic, but very convenient for anyone attending an event at the Enmore Theatre.

No need to say much, it’s great! Delicious food, huge portions, great service. What a feast! Banquet options are highly recommended for the groups first time trying Turkish cuisine or want to try different tastes. From dips to desserts I enjoyed every bite. Special kudos to friendly waiters

DELICIOUS! MUST TRY!!!! So full of flavour, and fantastic value for money. Food came out quickly, was fresh. Thankyou, we had a great experience. The honey & cream on the buffet breakfast was to die for. Vegetarian options: Great selection of cheeses, salads, breads and dips / condiments. This was filling on its own!!!!
